UjuuMedia endeavors to connect a global audience of underserved and underrepresented consumers to a diverse community and collection of carefully curated and vetted emerging designers and brands. This is primarily facilitated through elegant eCommerce solutions and Brand Development services. UjuuMedia is an eCommerce platform and brand development studio. 


Within MANGO Maison our Marketing Manager serves to lead and set the vision for one of our most critical departments, the Marketing Department. The Marketing Department is ultimately responsible for resonating with our end users by converting our many beloved community members into the new enthusiastic, loyal, and recurring customers that actively drive our revenues.  The Marketing Department at MANGO Maison  is interdisciplinary in nature in that the team members are responsible for translating the needs, requests, and demands of the Customer Service team into marketing assets and strategies that resonate with our target demographic. Additionally the department is responsible for communicating newly surfaced and emergent trends or demands to the Merchandising and Fulfillment team in order to optimize the MANGO Maison sales funnel. 

Role Description

    • Build marketing programs to support specific marketing objectives across different channels and segments in support of our overall strategic marketing plan
    • Oversee social media strategy and implementation
    • Evaluate the impact of marketing programs in achieving their stated objectives, including impact on lead flow, LTV and retention
    • Partner with creative teams, other internal stakeholders, and external agencies and vendors
    • Lead the execution of marketing programs from start to finish, driving collaboration with the stakeholders and leveraging the right internal processes
    • Work with the other marketing teams, other internal stakeholders, and external agencies and vendors
    • Establish and maintain brand budgets
    • Create marketing reports to show to executives

Qualifications and Skills

    • Familiarity and high competency with shopify platforms and apps
    • Experience building complex marketing programs and reporting on the results
    • Firm grasp on various marketing platforms, channels, and best practices, including social, digital, and email marketing
    • Exposure to digital and direct response marketing
    • Competence as a creative writer with an eye for great emails and landing pages
    • Strong project management skills
    • Experience managing a brand across multiple markets
    • Creative thinking and strong problem-solving ability, including metrics-driven thinking
    • Strategic thinker able to identify long-term opportunities and trends
    • Content creation experience
    • SEO and PPC experience, certifications preferred
    • Familiarity with third party vendors  and software/tools, including the following: Marketo, Hubspot, Salesforce, Braze, Klaviyo, Mailchimp
